Raspberry Peach Smoothie Bowl

Recently, I have been getting into smoothie bowls. I usually just make them up as I go along and one day I made this one. Let me just say it was the best one I have ever had by FAR. So I decided to work with it, improve it and make it into my recipe. The reason I really like this one is probably because I LOVE raspberries. They are my favorite berry, and I think peaches pair really well with them. And the best thing about this smoothie bowl is that it is healthy! What more could you ask for?

What Makes This Smoothie Bowl So Great?

Well, there is something magical about this smoothie. My blender is very picky, and always just breaks into a mental breakdown in the middle of my smoothie. It almost never acts like a normal blender. But with this smoothie, it just, works. Which must mean that this smoothie is magical. But anyway, this smoothie is made of really great stuff. Bananas, oranges, and yogurt give it a great base, protein powder and lime juice give it that extra punch, and the peaches and raspberries make your tastebuds have a little dance party. Plus, have you seen that color? Adorable!

When do I Eat This Smoothie Bowl?

So now that we know whats in this creamy smoothie, when do I get to enjoy it? Well, in my opinion, this is great in the morning. Its fast, healthy, and delicious. But, It doesn’t fill you up for a very long time. So Its also great as a snack in the middle of the day. But really it depends how you like it.

Customizing and Toppings.

I love to top this with granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and really anything you think would taste good. There are so many ways you can customize this smoothie bowl, an toppings is just one of the ways. For the almond milk, you could replace it with normal milk, fruit juice, oat milk, or really just any liquid you think would be tasty. If you want a thicker smoothie bowl, you could add ice or more fruit. If you want it to be just a smoothie and not a bowl, you can add more liquid which will make it thinner. And, of course, it is your choice of protein powder.
