Hi! I’m Orly!
In case you couldn’t guess, I love to bake! I love to experiment with new flavor ideas and get creative with decoration. I started Ballerina Baker in the Fall of 2021 and have been working on creating original and fun recipes ever since. I try to post a variety of recipes for all different skill levels and taste buds. Aside from baking I love to dance! From ballet and pointe to contemporary and jazz, I love to practice and express myself. One of my other hobbies is reading and writing which plays a big role in my blog posts, as does my love for photography. I hope my recipes inspire others to get in the kitchen a little more because it is my firm belief that cooking should not be a chore, but rather an outlet for creativity and joy.
