Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cold Foam

A perfect fall tasting drink for any time of year. Similar to your classic Starbucks PSL but so much better, this one is made with cold brew, creamy oat milk and, real pumpkin puree, and of course lots of pumpkin spice. It's quick to whip up, and even easier to double to make more then one drink. Celebrate summerween sipping on this latte!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 7 minutes
Servings: 1 latte

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cold brew I use homemade, but you can also use store bought
  • ½ cup oat milk*
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tablespoon agave nectar or other sweetener of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Equipment

  • Milk frother

Method

  1. Fill your glass a little over halfway with ice. Pour the cold brew over the ice. You can adjust the amount of coffee you want by how strong you want it.
  2. In a small bowl, glass, or liquid measuring cup, add your milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, agave, vanilla, and salt. Using a milk frother or whisk, whip up the milk mixture until combined and bubby. Aim to double the amount of milk you have by whipping it. Pour this mixture over the ice and coffee, stir, and enjoy!

Notes

Oat milk: You can do any milk you want, but I like oat milk because it's thicker and creamier. I also thing the oat flavor adds to the pumpkin spice.
2x recipe: You can easily make more then one drink by doubling the ingredients here.
Preferences: This recipe is extremely customizable. You can add more or less coffee, sweetener, and any of the flavorings.
